'Doulas are trained and experienced in giving continuous emotional and physical help throughout labor. In times past, it was common knowledge that it was easier for women to go through labor and give birth if they were provided with the continuous presents and kindly (nonmedical) advice of female friends or relatives.'

Birth Doulas provide families with evidence based educational resources, allowing them choose the birth that they desire and helping them best prepare for that experience.
Postpartum Doulas help families adjust to having a new baby at home. They perform many tasks, aiding in newborn care, playing with older siblings, helping Mom and Partner to recover and bond, and even performing light household chores and errands.
Sibling Doulas are there for your older children, using age appropriate conversation and play to guide them through your labor and birth as they become a big brother or sister.
